The contract includes scientific consulting and preparation of a project on workplace health promotion in the social economy with a focus on "demographic change". The objective is to prepare an application to the European ESF program "rückenwind - For employees in the social economy" with the funding area "Development of concepts for the introduction of health-promoting working conditions in social economy institutions, in particular with the aim of increasing the length of time employees in the care sector remain in their jobs."
