The Zentrum für Empirische Pädagogische Forschung (zepf) is a central research institution of the Rhineland-Palatinate Technical University of Kaiserslautern-Landau, which deals with questions of empirical pedagogical research.
Our research activities are primarily application-oriented and cover a wide range of pedagogically and psychologically relevant topics. In this context, we develop measurement instruments (diagnostics), conduct surveys, create concepts, support their implementation (intervention) and review the quality and effectiveness of measures (evaluation).
In a team of psychologists and educational scientists, we focus on cross-school performance assessments, the promotion of health and well-being, experiential education and the diagnosis of skills and competencies.
