Karina Karst at the Center for Empirical Pedagogical Research

At the beginning of the year, Prof'in Dr'in Karina Karst and her team from the CHANCEN network and the STARK-MIT-DIBI project moved from the University of Mannheim to RPTU-Kaiserslautern-Landau to head the "Empirical School Research" department. At the same time, Karina Karst became a member of the collegial management of the Center for Empirical Educational Research (zepf). The previous management and the zepf staff would like to extend a warm welcome to her!
In her projects, Karina Karst deals with the topics of "Data-supported quality development" and "Structurally disadvantaged pupils" as well as with questions of successful transfer and transformation processes in the school context and at system level. In doing so, she focuses on school stakeholders as well as people in the school supervisory and support system.
