BLK pilot program FÖRMIG: Evaluation of the sub-project AMquiP (training preparation of young people with a migration background for qualified vocational training in nursing)
The school framework is provided by the vocational schools I and II in the area of study of health/nursing. In addition to targeted (technical) language support (module 7), methodological skills and basic theoretical and practical training are taught here. Successful attendance of Vocational College II includes the acquisition of the qualified secondary school leaving certificate I and thus also removes a formal hurdle that stands in the way of nursing training.
The aim of this project is to increase the young people's ability to undergo training and thus improve their chances of transferring to a company-based training relationship, in close cooperation between the vocational school and the company.
The task of zepf is to evaluate this project in the form of three formative-conceptual and eight evaluative modules that are tailored to the project.
